Magnetic Noise Suppression Film

Overview

M-Type (Magnetic Type) is a thin, flexible EMC countermeasure material suitable for the near-field of noise sources such as ICs, circuit boards, and connectors.

It supports frequency bands from several hundred MHz to 30 GHz. This magnetic noise suppression thin film can be customized according to customer requirements. It is easy to wrap or attach, making it suitable for noise countermeasures for circuit boards and cables.

Features

Developing a Magnetic Noise Suppression Thin Film Utilizing Magnetic Powder Dispersion and Wet Coating Technology

  • Thin film (approximately 60μm) with flexibility to withstand bending of Φ1mm
  • Three types are available to match the desired frequency band for suppression
  • Enhanced electric field shielding performance through combination with metal films
Flexibility: Coating design prevents cracks and powder shedding even when bent (photo: KM)
