Electroforming mold

Electroforming mold

As electronic devices become increasingly smaller and higher functionality, the precision processing technology required for electronic components is becoming an increasingly important factor in advanced technology industries.

Through the electroforming method, the shapes of small components can be precisely formed compared to traditional cutting processing molds. This enables miniaturization of customer products as well. By reducing the size of components, we contribute to environmental considerations, such as the reduction of materials used.

Contributes to environmental sustainability

○ Resource conservation: Miniaturization reduces the amount of materials used. This enables resource savings and decreases the environmental impact across the entire lifecycle of the product.

○ Waste reduction: Miniaturized components also reduce the volume of waste generated after the product's lifespan ends. This reliefs the burden of recycling and waste disposal.

○ Space savings: Miniaturized components can reduce the overall size of the product, contributing to a decrease in installation space and improved transportation efficiency. Shifting from a quartz crystal oscillator size of 1.2×1.0mm to 0.8×0.6mm results in approximately a 60% reduction in space.
