A5:1. If you insert a previously used computer tape into a DLT VS80/DLT1 drive, it will be ejected without loading. The DLT VS80/DLT1 drive is incompatible with other drives and computer tapes cannot be shared with other drives.
2. Problems might occur with the media's leader tape. If this happens, contact our customer service center.
3. If after changing media type the cartridges continue to be ejected before they load, there might be a problem with the media drive. Stop using the drive immediately and contact the manufacturer of the drive.
